  2. Well, I said I was done having babies, but after seeing these photos....I think I'd take a lamb. :)

  3. What? Does he get all protective of the babies running about?

    Have a great day!

  4. Hi Jeff,
When I named him, I had no idea he would turn into a (break)dancing Bear! : )

    Hi Amy,
You definitely need a lamb. They'll mow the lawn, and they don't have to go to college! : )

    Hi Heather,
Bear absolutely LOVES his baby lambs. The mothers (especially some of them like Clare) are very protective and try to scare Bear away from their babies. Bear realizes what they're doing, and he's pretty good about staying some distance from them. But what he really wants to do (and will do, if the mothers let him) is lick and kiss and clean up the lambs if they are messy.

He is so good with his sheep. There is nothing like watching him trying to lick a full-grown, very woolly, totally rain-soaked sheep dry! It is just too cute.

January 2013 update: I know word verification is a big pain, but it's the only way I can stop the ridiculous number of anonymous spam comments I get every day. I don't want to require commenters to be registered Blogger or Open ID users because I know many of you aren't. Thanks so much for your understanding!
