  1. Hi Susan! I did a post about making your tomato pie on my blog - and I was hoping you would post a permalink? I kinda cheated, but the recipe still came out good. What a great idea. I love your stories and pictures!
Check out the post at www.aliceqfoodie.blogspot.com. Cheers!

  2. Long-time reader, first time poster, yadda yadda yadda.

I just wanted to say that I adore your daily farm photos and despite the hardships of farming life, I envy you and all the wonderful things you get to see and experience!

  4. I enjoy your farm photos. I'm a city girl and a spinner/knitter/wanna-be weaver. What do you do with your sheeps' fleece? Are you a handspinner? What breed are they? My 4 1/2 pound Yorkie is the only livestock I have.

  5. I have really enjoyed your blog...just found it recently and now check it daily! I have been roaming around it as time permits and just discovered your beer bread. I am going to make a batch today! I have started collecting recipes for soda/quick breads. I would like to share on that I found which is really delicious...thought you might like it/it is traditional Irish brown bread. Here's the link: http://breadnet.net/irish-brown.html

December 2015 update: Hi! For some reason I can't figure out, Blogger hasn't been letting me leave comments on my own blog (!) for the last several months, so I've been unable to respond to your comments and questions. My apologies for any inconvenience! You're always welcome to email me: farmgirlfare AT gmail DOT com.

Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!

Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours appears.

I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!
