January 2013 update: I know word verification is a big pain, but it's the only way I can stop the ridiculous number of anonymous spam comments I get every day. I don't want to require commenters to be registered Blogger or Open ID users because I know many of you aren't. Thanks so much for your understanding!
Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!
Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours is published.
I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.
If you're waiting for a reply to your comment and have a Blogger profile (it's free to create one) you can click on the SUBSCRIBE BY EMAIL link that will show up below and receive all follow up comments to just this specific post via email.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!

I love Mr. Midnight. Black cats are my very favorite and if they are shelter cats that is twice as nice. Abigail is our resident black cat. She rules the house. Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteHi to Farmgirl from a Polyglot living in France. Your farm adventure is unique and original.I am having a French adventure right now, trying to teach French through my blog. :) Bon courage!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of something that happened years ago. I opened the screen door to let our cat in and a field mouse ran out the door at the same time. They looked at each other and kept on going. (We later found and closed the entry to the pantry from outdoors that let in the mouse!)
It's so funny to me to see a cat and a chicken so close to each other and then the dog looking on! It reminds me of a cartoon. Love seeing all your pictures and hearing about farm life.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear more about sprouting wheat. Very interesting! Especially with winter coming up. Thanks for the idea!
ReplyDeleteIt looks everyone is living in happy harmony at your farm. What a wonderful picture. I absolutely love black cats. Always wanted one with green eyes that I could name Sneetch.
ReplyDeleteSusan, thanks for visting our site this weekend. We hope you liked it and you will visit it often.
With all our black cats I can't let that bother me either.
