So many people nowadays have no notion of where their food comes from or what it requires to get it. I'm a country girl too- and heading toward vegetarianism. Well- I will eat chicken still. It is hard to get REALLY attached to a chicken. Although I will not eat factory farmed chickens. They deserve a decent life while they are here.
