He said he'd been worried about a vegetarian chili tasting right but that this recipe was the best chili he'd had in years! <br /><br />I added one minced chipotle and a teaspoon of the adobo sauce. I used my immersion blender, but only a tiny bit as I wanted more chili consistency than soup. Also, I used water instead of stock.
