ReplyDeleteOh, the crocuses! Fantastic! We just saw the first snowdrops here in Cleveland and my mom is reporting crocuses in West Virginia.

Pear cake? Mmm. And crocuses - mine will be up in, oh, about 4-6 weeks. Sob.
ReplyDeleteLate night baking is something I enjoy. Just me, the oven, and whatever's in it baking away! Around here, plants have to be tough enough to survive the ducks and chickens to bloom.

ReplyDeleteI just read your profile, and plan on looking at lots more of your recipes and posts, but I just wanted to say your life sounds exactly like how I want mine to go! I'm currently in California studying art and english, but I've always wanted to live in the country with a farm and garden (garden class has made its impact) and even though I've only been there once, I want to live in Missouri (creepy, huh? :P)
