Yes, yes, yes! Our local sweet breakfast spot splits delicious homemade muffins from stem to stern, top to bottom with knife, and then GRILLS IN BUTTER! I say I'm gonna make Farmgirl Susan's cheddar chive scones and slash corner to corner through middle, and grill in butter and gobble. These are so delightful. Thanks so for the reminder!
