  1. Ferdinand was the name of a childhood friend in Germany - Ferdi for short? But... Frodo came to mind for me!

  2. I hope your neck & back are feeling better. But I had an idea in case they aren't. What if you got a desk you could stand at & had a monitor placed so it didn't hurt your neck? I know, not a cheap solution (and probably not available at any local farm auctions) but I hate to think you can't share your cooking and gardening skill because of a stupid chunk of wood in the stupid chicken coop. It's not fair, I tells ya.

January 2013 update: I know word verification is a big pain, but it's the only way I can stop the ridiculous number of anonymous spam comments I get every day. I don't want to require commenters to be registered Blogger or Open ID users because I know many of you aren't. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.

I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.
