gotta LOVE those adorable baby donkeys!! makes me want to get one! (don't think my landlord would let my cat-security-deposit cover for a donkey in my one-BR apartment, do you?!?)
ReplyDeletethanks so much for sharing and brightening my friday!! : )
Who says donks don't eat dog food? Everything eats dog food - horses, goats, chickens, peafowl, cats. Mice. Rats. Pigeons. Everything on my place eats it. Raccoons. Possums.
ReplyDeleteWhy do I live in the 'burbs?
ReplyDeleteOf course, I wouldn't know the first thing about taking care of a donkey!
They are so amazingly cute. Great photo!
You have the same attitude gate guards we have - if I want to get into the pasture with them the goats stand right against the gate and I have to pay my toll (currently a few acorns will do the trick). Donks are SO cute - I love the hairdo - wish I could go with that wild and fluffy look!
ReplyDeleteHiya, I love your blog! That's why I'm giving you the "I LOVE YOUR BLOG" award on my website, and linking to you from there :) Keep on cookin'
ReplyDeleteI've nominated you for a blog award. Check out my Saturday post...I HAVE to read your blog daily!!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog with all the pictures of the farm.
ReplyDeleteThis time of year I am a little nostalgic since I live away from family. Normally this is the time of year we plan our annual trip to the pumpkin patch where they have a small petting zoo.
This cheers me up.
My sister, who lives across the river from our place, has donkeys. Every time we go over there, the donkeys try to stick their noses into our pockets. They know we always bring apples from our trees for them!
ReplyDeleteMerry
