December 2015 update: Hi! For some reason I can't figure out, Blogger hasn't been letting me leave comments on my own blog (!) for the last several months, so I've been unable to respond to your comments and questions. My apologies for any inconvenience! You're always welcome to email me: farmgirlfare AT gmail DOT com.
Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!
Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours appears.
I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!
Awww, those three are SO cute! It's a great photo Susan! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Bonnie. You never realize just how rarely triplets all stop moving and face the same direction until you try to take a picture of them, lol. I was tickled when I snapped this one. And I love the reflection of their heads in the water. :)
DeleteThose little faces are ADORABLE!!!
ReplyDeleteLove those little pink noses!
ReplyDeleteAww... I was wondering how she was doing! I felt SO BAD for her when she was looking ready to go. Not surprised that there were three--she was HUGE!
ReplyDeleteYes, poor Friendly got to be so big near the end of her pregnancy that she could barely waddle around. And then the three babies were stuck inside her and wouldn't come out - but that's a whole other story I'm hoping to tell one of these days. In the meantime, we're ALL glad to have these little lambs safely on the ground. :)
DeleteCongratulations to Friendly and you! Great job, all!
ReplyDeletedo you have to bottle feed any of them or is she able to feed them sufficiently. Real beauties.
ReplyDeleteAll three lambs are nursing, but the two biggest ones also get supplemental bottles of raw Jersey milk several times a day (along with another full time bottle baby whose mother rejected him). The littlest lamb isn't interested in a bottle but is just happy to get more time alone at the milk bar. ;)
DeleteWhat a cute picture! Mom does look a little tired though! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are killing me with all your cuties!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Friendly and her adorable babies! They are too, too precious.
ReplyDeleteHow's the lamb count these days? Still a few more waiting to make their appearance? You obviously have your hands full, don't you?
I don't even want to imagine what it felt like to have all three of those INSIDE her. Poor Friendly!
ReplyDeleteI saw your pic of Friendly looking terribly huge and about to pop any minute and wondered if my ewe was going to have triplets because she was about as big. My ewe ended up with quadruplets!
