  4. Love your Sylvester! Makes me want to reach out and gather him up.

I enjoy your blog, have it linked on my blog. I'm in OK, you in MO -- we're neighbors!

    Keep up the good work!

  5. Chunks of steal, rocks, bones, and etc always seem so fitting some how attached to an old fence post. Why is it for some other reason we always feel the need to attach them? I guess we all have a little designer sense in us.

  6. I'll tell you right now, that I really admire people who live on a farm and have to go out in the cold weather to take care of the animals and everything else that has to be done. We had milk goats when we lived in Arizona so I got a taste of what it's like. Love your pictures.
    Have a wonderful day!

  7. Looks like a mule shoe. Did you used to have a mule? The snow is sooo beautiful. I mean YOUR snow is so beautiful from way out here in California where I don't have to slog through it. Thank you for sharing.

  9. OK, I'm not really a cat person, but that shot of Sylvester is priceless.

    So fluffy!

    Is he a mouser?

Not that those two characteristics are related at all. That I know of. Whatever.

December 2015 update: Hi! For some reason I can't figure out, Blogger hasn't been letting me leave comments on my own blog (!) for the last several months, so I've been unable to respond to your comments and questions. My apologies for any inconvenience! You're always welcome to email me: farmgirlfare AT gmail DOT com.

Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!

Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours appears.

I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!
