Friday Dose of Cute: Black and White

And Purrs All Over (That's our Kit Kat Kate)

Have a tip top weekend!

© FarmgirlFare.com, the artfully perched, sweet toothed foodie farm blog where I've been on a dessert baking spree lately, and I think next up will be some Baby Chocolate Chip and Toffee Shortbread Cookies. Mixing up a batch of these cute little treats is almost as easy as eating those addicting toffee pieces straight from the bag—not that I would ever do something like that. At least not when anyone's looking.

  1. That is my Micky Mouse. She weighs about 10 lbs at the most. Appeared outside my heated garage at Christmas in 2007 and moved in with my three boys. Unfortunately, LeLoup (my Maine Coon) died of cardiomyopathy in 2009 so she now has only two brothers. She is special and totally different from the boys. Much more of a lovey-dovey cat.

  2. Don't even get me started about eating toffee pieces out of the bag - if nobody catches you turning the bag up the calories don't count!

  3. Everyone needs a black and white kitty perched on a fence!

  4. Kit Kat Kate is really a beautiful girl!

As for those Chocolate chip/toffee chip cookies - yummmmm! I may have to go get the stuff to make them, too!

    Happy Weekend!

  5. Just a question - does Kit Kat Kate have extra toes in the front? We have a twin to her (only gray rather than black) and so I have started noticing cats like her. Almost all of them have extra front toes! Ours uses her "thumb" as a real opposable thumb, and grasps things with her hand like we do! She also fetches her favorite toys just as a dog would.

  6. She looks just like my Putter Jean.
