January 2013 update: I know word verification is a big pain, but it's the only way I can stop the ridiculous number of anonymous spam comments I get every day. I don't want to require commenters to be registered Blogger or Open ID users because I know many of you aren't. Thanks so much for your understanding!
Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!
Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours is published.
I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.

ReplyDeleteCute caption! I may have to steal it.
He's adorable. That green grass looks pretty nice too. We're almost there here in Maine.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful series of pics. Things getting better there? Amazing how attached I can get to the welfare of a woman and a farm I've yet to meet. (And Hunky, hellz.)
ReplyDeleteMay I ask what kind of rooster that is? He is just GORGEOUS!!
ReplyDeleteHi Everybody,
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the nice comments. :)
Em,
The Poultry Channel - I love it!
Hey CC,
If I ever make it back to California (17 years and so far not a single trip back, LOL), you and I are definitely going to meet!
Susanna,
My apologies for the delayed reply. That gorgeous guy (am I allowed to say that about my own rooster?) is a good old Missouri Mixed Breed. I just love his checkered overalls.
If you're interested, you can read more about how and where our mixed breed chickens came from in the comments section of this post.
Cluck! Cluck! Cluck!
Wow, those are some gorgeous chickens and that rooster is adorable! And the dog and cat. :-)
