ReplyDeleteHey, Susan, I notice you have a stray "-->" at the top of your page (at least when I view it in Firefox and Netscape it's there; it doesn't show up in IE or Opera ...)
ReplyDeleteI looked over your source code and am suspecting it's the "-->" right before your close tag on the javascript. I'd show you what I mean, but this comment page won't let me type in the line! Argh.
But I'm not a javascripter so I can't be sure. Anyway, I thought you might like to try taking that out to see if it goes away? I'd be happy to check it the instant you do to see if it has fixed the problem, am online constantly. Or maybe your pal Casey can just check it out for you?

I do go mushroom hunting on the farm. The most popular edible mushroom in this area by far is the morel. They are delicious, and I have found my fair share of them, but I much prefer the far more (at least around here) elusive chanterelle. Ahhhhhhh! Now there's a mushroom.

Thanks so much for letting me know about the, um, stray whatever thingie in my source code. Unfortunately, the only part of your message I actually understood was when you said you couldn't see the problem in IE (which I use). I will definitely have to forward your discovery to my technical support crew. : ) Thanks again for letting me know.

ReplyDeleteNope, it doesn't make you look stupid. In fact, the first time I saw it, it looked as if it was intentionally pointing toward something! It was only when I saw it the second time that I recognized it for what it was.
