December 2015 update: Hi! For some reason I can't figure out, Blogger hasn't been letting me leave comments on my own blog (!) for the last several months, so I've been unable to respond to your comments and questions. My apologies for any inconvenience! You're always welcome to email me: farmgirlfare AT gmail DOT com.
Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!
Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours appears.
I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!
Bear always looks so serious and stoic.

Lucky Buddy Bear is obviously too intent on his sheep to worry about the donkey behind him. As it should be. In a funny coincidence, I wrote about one of my dogs yesterday, and her sister a few days ago. My dogs appear more in my blog than my husband does. I probably shouldn't analyze that too closely. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis picture reminds me of Garfield and Odie... you know how Garfield is always kicking Odie off the table? hee hee.
ReplyDeleteKristin: same here! I actually wrote about my dog's birthday a few days ago, and it's spawned an interesting conversation in my comments section.
ReplyDeleteBear does look stoic, but he loves his sheep! It's cute!

I posted about my beautiful dog Chika in January:

He is also an Australian Shepherd mix.
I don't have a dog. Or a donkey. Or a farm. But they are all on my dream list and I am LOVING these photos. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWow, that IS cute!
ReplyDeleteIf you visit my blog and enter the word Jackson in the search field, you will find lots of photos and stories of our wonderful Aussie puppy. Love for him is oozing into the void left by my beloved bulldog, who we had to put down unexpectedly in October. There's also sheep and lambie photos, lovebird and chicken photos, horse photos, and a rare few of our camera-shy barn cat. I always love YOUR photos!

Happy to say he is recovering nicely.
My favorite dog blog is aplacetobark.blogspot.com. She is a one woman rescue who does amazing things for the animals in need.
ReplyDeleteWe have 5 dogs and other farm animals that we blog about!

I have a golden retriever that blew her coat a few weeks ago. It took forever and all of us were literally covered in fur most days. I just got used to it after a while. And then, it just stopped. Sami, our puppy, felt so bad about it, she wrote me this lovely note of apology:
