Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting! I did some updates to my blog -- spent some time last night figuring out the html coding so that it would appear like the rest of the page. Your two (the ones I know of) blogs appear in my favorite blogs listing.
For today -- am hoping to make your "pita" recipe! I already know with a family of 6 -- all boys except me -- that making one batch is only going to make the natives MAD! So, already plan on making 3 batches of your recipe. I will give an update when I have them done -- will post during and results.. ears perked when I mentioned "Pita Pizzas".. Looks like that is what's for dinner.

Hello-- I am a first time visitor. You have a beautiful site (your blog, your land).
ReplyDeleteWe took a similar adventure-- left California and moved to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. We have only 2 1/2 acres, but it does give us a good sized garden and an orchard. Been here only a year and a half. We have a freezer full of zucchini soup, pesto, berries, and tomatoes. We also canned some beets and carrots.
We're very interested in cooking, baking, and growing our own food. So, your site will be a regular stop on my daily blog reading.

LOL, I wish you could turn on the audio and hear you singing. Horses? Been there, done that. They're beautiful and all, and this is a great place to ride, but for various reasons it just didn't work out. Apparently I am not meant to be a Horsey Girl (which is what I kept being mistaken for when I first moved to Missouri. I have no idea why.)
