  2. At least Robin has a decent name. I'm a new reader, but I see why you need help naming your animals. Whitey? Patchy Cat? I thought we were bad when we named the cows across the street (not ours): Brownie, Blackie, Knee-Patch and Spot.

Thankfully, our kids named our pets: Simon named our beagle Reggi (short for Reggi Rocket, but she's a girl so she's really Regina). Lizz named our cats Venus & Verona. The Vs. The V-Girls.

Give Robin a good belly rub for me!

  3. Hey Baby!

Looks like you're my type. How 'bout going through the woods with me sometime?

  4. Hi Clare,
    Me, too!

    Hi Joe,
She is one of the happiest dogs I have ever met. And she definitely makes me smile!

    Hi Stefani,
Welcome to the farm. Well, I suppose everybody has their own opinions on names, so I won't take your comment personally (and I certainly won't tell Patchy Cat & Whitey that you don't like their names). I actually think Brownie, Blackie, Knee-Patch, and Spot are kinda cute.

    Hey Troy,
I've heard some very nice things about you. . . *wink* *irresistible smile*

December 2015 update: Hi! For some reason I can't figure out, Blogger hasn't been letting me leave comments on my own blog (!) for the last several months, so I've been unable to respond to your comments and questions. My apologies for any inconvenience! You're always welcome to email me: farmgirlfare AT gmail DOT com.

Hi! Thanks for visiting Farmgirl Fare and taking the time to write. While I'm not always able to reply to every comment, I receive and enjoy reading them all.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I especially love hearing about your experiences with my recipes. Comments on older posts are always welcome!

Please note that I moderate comments, so if I'm away from the computer it may be a while before yours appears.

I try my best to answer all questions, though sometimes it takes me a few days. And sometimes, I'm sorry to say, they fall through the cracks, and for that I sincerely apologize.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy your e-visits to our farm!
